I’m Emily Kellett, your Yoga instructor – I’ve been passionate about Yoga, and the life-changing benefits it can offer, for over a decade. Since 2021, I’ve been a fully registered 200-hour yoga teacher and completed my teacher training in Portugal in various yoga styles.
By day, I am an Occupational Therapist for the NHS, dealing specifically with children across the Sheffield district. This caring and detail-orientated sensory work gives me invaluable insight into how yoga and holistic health in general can transform
